What is RSS?

RSS stands for Rich Site Summary, or Really Simple Syndication. It's a simple way of distributing news and information, and one popular use of it is to add dynamic content to websites. With E-Health Insider Primary Care's RSS feed, you can have all our latest headlines on your intranet, company homepage, or weblog.

Do I have to pay?

No. Our feed is free. The only thing we ask that you e-mail us to let us know if you use it, and if you put it on your website, consider including a link back to our homepage.

How can I use it?

RSS is extremely versatile. There are plenty of free software packages (called aggregators) around that will suit your needs. Two of our favourites are Bloglines and Feed2JS.

If you want to put E-Health Insider Primary Care on your intranet, webpage or blog, Feed2JS is a free open-source application that will automatically generate a piece of code for you and let you customise how it looks. The website will take you through each step, let you style how the headlines appear for your own website, and give you a short piece of code you can cut-and-paste wherever you want the headlines to appear.

Alternatively, if you want one place you can see all your latest news, Bloglines is a terrifically simple, time-saving tool. Point Bloglines to E-Health Insider Primary Care's feed and you'll be able to see whenever we've added something new.

There are many other systems; Google has a comprehensive list of RSS readers, as does BlogSpace

Where can I find it?

You can find a link to our RSS 2.0 feed wherever you see the orange XML button: XML Feed

Alternatively, you can copy and paste the following link: http://www.ehiprimarycare.com/news/rss.xml.
